The RV sales market has changed dramatically in the last decade, and further still since the start of the pandemic. Amidst all this change, The RV Industry Association wanted to offer its members exclusive access to new resources like the RVX Sales Navigator website, a powerful online platform that helps dealers identify new consumer markets based on zip code and access marketing tools that will entice those unique consumer groups to purchase. By using the website, dealers are better positioned to adapt their sales approach to reach any of the 9 unique archetypes revealed in research, and develop a strong identity for their online and in-store presence that will drive conversion.
The main goal of the website design was to present extensive consumer trending data in a way that was easy to use for tech-challenged and tech-savvy dealers alike, and supported the insights with a suite of visuals that felt premium yet accessible. The design of the site combined elements of the RVIA master brand with fun linear illustrations, bespoke photography, an extensive icon set, and supportive stats.
To support the launch of the website, email templates, media kit materials, visual dealership merchandising tips, as well as worksheets were also designed.

RESULTS: The new website was well received and is still in use today as its content evolves to capture current insights.
